I'm giving this business a five because a ten wasn't available. This group of skilled tree experts are a "Well-oiled Machine." They know where each other are at all times. I felt very safe the entire time. We had resisted cutting down our 50 year old sequoia for 20 years but its root system was threatening our cabin. This sucker was BIG. They arrived at nine and were done by noon. A respectful, hard-working crew. ~ Sheryl M
I am not sure if I can describe how professional and quick these guys took out my (sniff) dying tree.The crew showed up and they were on it, dare I say, like a well orchestrated play. They were extremely professional, efficient and did the job with wide smiles! Not to mention the best price in town!!! We are "working folk" and I feel it was a great price and the job was well done. Since I DO NOT own a chainsaw, they even cut it up into manageable pieces so my other guy can split it and we can use it in the near future. Ed Cook surgically removed several trees from my home and my neighbors using a massive crane, with utmost care and professionalism. Also helped me like 4 years ago when a tree fell on my cabin, came out immediately on new years eve, removed the tree, cut it, and did a temporary patch on my roof.
